Maruti Suzuki announces ‘Freedom Service Carnival’ for customers

To commemorate our 75th year of Independence, Maruti Suzuki India Limited has rolled out the nationwide ‘Freedom Service Carnival’. The initiative aligns with the Company’s commitment to offer high quality service and delightful service experience to customers across dealerships in the country.

Mr. Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer (Service), Maruti Suzuki India Limited said, “It is our endeavour to continuously adapt our service offerings to the customers’ needs and offer them a delightful car ownership experience. On the occasion of Independence Day, we have introduced the ‘Freedom Service Carnival’, which is one such initiative in this regard. Here, customers can take benefit of special offers on labour charges for Periodic Maintenance Service, available across our 4,300+ strong nationwide service network. Freedom Service Carnival is an engagement to strengthen Maruti Suzuki’s commitment to offer ‘Joy of Mobility’ to its esteemed customers.”

As a commitment to this, the Company has set-up over 4,300+ service touchpoints across 2,100+ cities. The Company catered to over 19 million customers in FY 2021-22. Additionally, doorstep service facility, with specially designed service-on-wheels workshops, has been made available in several cities across India. Maruti Suzuki Road Service provide emergency support to customers stranded due to vehicular breakdowns. The Maruti Suzuki Road Service staff is equipped with essential tools and spares needed to quickly restore the vehicles in distress.
