A role model for millions of young girls, PV Sindhu engaged with consumers in a candid conversation.  During the interaction, PV Sindhu discussed challenges faced by young girls especially women athletes during menstruation, the need for quality sleep during periods and the importance of menstrual hygiene. She also shared her personal experiences as an athlete on the role of a good night’s sleep being critical for overall physical and mental well-being to make one’s dream a reality.
