TotalEnergies Marketing India Private Limited (TEMIPL), a subsidiary of TotalEnergies, commissioned its 100th Auto LPG Dispensing Station (ALDS) in Hyderabad.
TotalEnergies is a pioneer in the Auto LPG sector in India with international safety standards adapted to Indian conditions – the first company to be approved by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization (PESO) as installer and operator of ALDS.
LPG-powered vehicles emit less CO2 and less pollutants – nitrogen oxides (NOx) and particulate matter (PM) in particular – than conventional fuels. This makes it a cleaner transport fuel compared to petrol and diesel yet offering the same convenience as well as a cost advantage over these conventional fuels.
Speaking on the new ALDS inauguration, Olivier Sabrié, Chairman & Managing Director, TEMIPL said, “As India embarks on the journey towards clean and sustainable mobility solutions, Auto LPG offers many unmatched advantages as a transport fuel and is an immediate solution to an immediate problem – polluted city air due to vehicular emissions. With TotalEnergies’ global expertise in retail marketing, we provide superior product quality and unmatched customer experience across all our stations in South India.”
