AU Small Finance Bank India’s largest small finance bank as a part of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) today inaugurated the Solar Power Grid at Akshay Patra Foundation, Jaipur campus. The initiative is aimed at providing sustainable electricity through use of renewable energy besides savings on energy costs in a long term.

The bank has supported Rs 50. lacs for the installation of a 170KW solar power grid at the rooftop of the main building of the Akshay Patra Kitchen facility at Jaipur. The installation of renewable energy sources will cut down the electricity cost to significant extent. . It is also a key step towards providing clean energy and protecting the environment at large.

Speaking at the event Mr. Yogesh Jain, Chief of Staff, AU Bank said, “At AU it is our continuous endeavor to support the holistic development of children as they are our country’s future.
